Anthony understands that not everyone presents the same, therefore, treatment is individualized for each patient’s unique needs. It is important for him to work alongside his clients to restore overall function, provide relief, and identify any barriers to recovery. A typical treatment with Anthony could include various modalities such as trigger-point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue, Swedish massage, and hydrotherapy. He also aims to centre each session around bringing awareness to the areas of the body that need treatment the most. Outside of work, Anthony enjoys hiking, biking, weightlifting and watching movies.
