Dawn Health and Wellness ("Dawn", "we", "us") is a registered massage therapy clinic in Fleetwood, Surrey, BC. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Your information is used only to provide treatment, manage appointments, and respond to your questions. We do not sell client information, and we do not use your health information for marketing without your consent.

We use a small number of third-party services to run the clinic, including JaneApp for online booking and scheduling, and a website form processor for messages sent through our contact form. These providers process information on our behalf and are expected to safeguard it under their own privacy and security terms. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies & analytics

This website may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand overall visitor traffic (such as which pages are viewed). Any analytics tool we use does not knowingly collect health information, and our online booking is handled entirely by JaneApp, which has its own cookie and privacy practices.

Data retention

We retain client records, including treatment notes, for as long as required by our regulatory college and applicable BC health-records requirements, and no longer than necessary for those purposes. Contact form messages that don't lead to an appointment are kept only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry.

Access & correction rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and to request that inaccurate information be corrected. To make a request, contact us using the details below; we'll respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.

Security measures

We take reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect your information, including restricting access to client records to staff who need it to provide your care, and relying on our booking and payment providers' own security safeguards. No method of storing or transmitting information is completely secure, but we work to keep your information protected.
